We stand behind the quality of our products. Each wig is carefully inspected before shipment. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Return & Refund Policy
