1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing: 1–3 business days
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon—stay tuned!

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee modifications. To request a cancellation or change, email us at support@truestylewigs.com as soon as possible.

5. What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless due to our error or defect)

6. How do I care for my wig?
Gently brush with a wide‑tooth comb or wig brush
Wash in cold water using a wig‑formulated shampoo
Air‑dry on a wig stand—avoid heat sources
Store on a wig stand or in its original net when not in use

7. Are your wigs heat‑resistant?
Human‑hair wigs: Yes, can be styled with low‑to‑medium heat tools.
Synthetic wigs: Some styles are heat‑resistant up to 260°F (check individual product descriptions).

8. How do I choose the right wig size?
Measure your head circumference just above your ears and across your forehead. Compare to our size chart (link) to find your best fit. Most styles come in Small (21″), Medium (22″), and Large (23″).

9. What if my wig arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your wig upon arrival and contact us within 3 days at support@truestylewigs.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

10. How can I track my order?
After we ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received it within 48 hours of order confirmation, email us at support@truestylewigs.com.
