Return & Refund Policy:
1. Returns:
At TrueStyleWigs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging
-Tags and protective nets must remain intact
-You must contact us for RMA before returning any product

Please note: Due to hygiene standards, wigs that have been tried on, styled, or worn are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
-Clearance or final sale items
-Customized or Special-Order wigs
-Store Gift cards

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@truestylewigs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
-Shipping costs are non-refundable
